Do my betPARX Rewards Coins expire?
- Our Online XClub Loyalty Program will be broken up into 4 Earning Statuses: Online XClub Players, Online XClub Premium, Online XClub Elite, and Online XClub Elite Royal.
- While you use the betPARX Online Casino and Sportsbook, you are now able to earn Tier Points.
- Earning Tier Points is how you progress to different Earning Statuses in the Online XClub Loyalty Program
- As you progress through the Earning Statuses, your benefits will continue to improve.
- Your gameplay earns you Tier Points, but your betPARX Coins will accumulate based on the game type, the individual game that you are playing, as well as how much you play each game (some slot games may earn betPARX Coins at a different rate)
- betPARX Rewards Coins are able to be redeemed through the XClub Shop to purchase items such as Bonus Spins, Casino Bonuses, Bonus Bets, and Profit Boosts!
- Earning Status is defined as a rolling 6-month Earning Period that determines your Status in the Loyalty Program
- NOTE: Your Earning Status may be different than what you see displayed on the Loyalty Page/Promo Page
- Earning status is the progress in your current Earning Period towards your next Tier status and what you will see in the Loyalty Widget (see below)
Tier Earning Period
Your earning period lasts for a rolling 6 months. A new earning period can begin in two ways:
1. Achieving a higher tier
When you reach a higher tier status during your current earning period, you will automatically be upgraded and a new 6 month earning period will begin.
2. Reached the end of a 6 month earning period
When an earning period ends without an upgrade, your Tier Status will be calculated using the number of Tier Points earned during that earning period. A new 6 month earning period will then begin.
You can find the Online XClub Loyalty widget on the right-hand side of your screen.
Online XClub Players = 0 – 999 points
Online XClub Premium = 1,000 – 7,499 points
Online XClub Elite = 7,500+ Points
Online XClub Elite Royal = [INVITE ONLY]
Slots: $40 real cash wager = 1 point
Video Poker: $60 real cash wager = 1 point
Table: $100 real cash wager = 1 point
Sports: $50 real cash wager = 1 point
Note: Decreased from $100 per Tier Point to $50 per Tier Point on January 6, 2025

- Only Real Money wagers contribute to Tier Points. Casino Bonuses, Bonus Spins, and Sports Bonus Bets do not contribute to Tier Points.

How do I accumulate betPARX Coins
betPARX Coins are your Xclub virtual currency to reward yourself the way you choose.
Rewards Coins are earned based on the game type, individual game and amount played on each individual game. Visit the Xclub Loyalty Shop to redeem your Coins for Bonus Spins, Casino Bonus, Sports Bonus Bets, and more. Coins will expire after 60 days if no cash wagers have been placed.
As of January 6, 2025, betPARX Coins no longer accumulate based on how many Tier Points you earn playing each game type. (Slot, Sports, Video Poker, etc.)
Instead, betPARX Coins will be accumulated based on the game type, the individual game that you are playing, and how much you play each game (Some slot games will earn betPARX Coins at a different rate than others)

How do patrons redeem betPARX Coins?
Once you are ready to redeem betPARX Coins, you must login to your account then navigate to the Rewards Widget screen.
From this screen, you will select ‘Shop.’
Once you have settled on a reward, you can click the ‘Buy’ option under that.
NOTE: betPARX coins will expire after 60 days of inactivity
Inactivity = < $1 of real money wagered
betPARX will send a sequence of emails alerting you when your coins are nearing expiration
Where do patrons see their betPARX Coin and Tier Points totals?
Patrons login and navigate to the widget
On the ‘Profile’ tab, you will see a gold icon of a betPARX Coin with ‘[#] Coins’ next to it.
This will contain your total betPARX Coins, Tier Points, and how many Tier Points until you reach the next Earning Status.
Yes, your XClub Coins do expire after 60 days of inactivity.
betPARX will send out emails in specific intervals as your betPARX Coins get closer to their expiration date, including:
- 30 days remaining before your 60 Day inactivity expiration
2 weeks remaining before your 60 Day inactivity expiration
1 week remaining before your 60 Day inactivity expiration
1 day remaining before your 60 Day inactivity expiration
Will my previous play be factored into my initial Earning Status?
- Yes, your previous play determines your initial Earning Status
- You will be able to see your current Tier and Benefits on the Promotions Page, and Banner (Your Current Tier may be different than the Earning Status you see in the Online XClub Loyalty Widget)
- Note: Earning status is the progress in your current Earning Period towards your next Tier status
