15 STEPS
1. To use your newly acquired Golden Chips, the first step is to open the Terms and Conditions of the promotion which awarded you the Golden Chips, and then navigate down the page to the Eligible Games. Out of the games, pick your favorite, and play!
2. Click Casino to navigate back to the betParx home page to see our full list of games.
3. First, find your preferred eligible game to use your Golden Chips on. In this example, we will select Deluxe Roulette. With your mouse, hover over and press Play to launch the game.
4. Once your preferred game launches, as long as it was an eligible game, you will receive a pop up box reminding you that you have Golden Chips available to be used.
5. You can click Info to see additional information on the Golden Chips and how they can be used.
6. To use your Golden Chips, click on the Golden Chip Icon on the bottom corner of your game to select that you wish to use them. The icon will become highlighted to confirm you are using the Golden Chips and the chip display in-game will be golden too.
7. Once clicked and highlighted, you are free to play as you normally would! Bet your preferred way, and see if you pull a win!
8. Notice that the Golden Chip Icon is displayed on wherever you wish to use your Golden Chip, just as a way to confirm you are using them! Once confirmed and locked in, you can place your bet!
9. Although we didn't win this spin, notice the Golden Chip was used, and the available balance did not change. That is yet another way to confirm your Golden Chip was used.
10. If you try to use multiple Golden Chips on a single spin or hand in your game, you will receive the message shown here, saying that you cannot use multiple Golden Chips. This is expected behavior, but, as shown, you can still use your real balance.
11. To do this, you simply need to click on the Golden Chip Icon, which will deselect the Golden Chips, so you can then place an additional bet or bets elsewhere in the game using your real money.
12. Once the Golden Chip Icon is deselected, you are free to select whichever bet or bets you would prefer to add in addition to your Golden Chip bet.
13. Notice as well that your Total Bet amount has gone up, to show that you are adding on additional player cash to your Golden Chip bet.
14. Once your preferred amount of funds is selected for the bet, you are free to place the bet and see if you win!
15. And that's it! You now know how to freely use your Golden Chips! You can reference any winnings received by them by leaving the game, going to My Account >> Bonus History and reviewing the information there.
