Pavilion Pay VIP Preferred / ACH / eCheck Cross Site Access Security Notifications
As a recent security update, the Pavilion Payments Team (which operates the VIP Preferred ACH/eCheck Deposit and Withdraw Method on our site/app) has implemented a new email/text message security notification that will be sent to end users. This notification will be triggered if the end-user originally enrolled out betPARX and then visits another site and vice versa. This notification will read as follows in the below example whether it is in Text or Email form:
** Attention ** Your VIP Preferred ACH Account was just accessed at betPARX. If you feel this is in error, please contact Pavilion Payments Gaming immediately at 800-500-1973. If this was you, there is no further action required. (AI01).
- If you received the Email/Text after utilizing your VIP Preferred ACH (eCheck) Account on any site, no further action is required and you may continue with your transaction as normal.
- If you received the Email/Text and feel the transaction was not actioned by you, please contact Pavilion Payments immediately at 800-500-1973 and they will take steps to initiate an investigation.

If you have utilized the VIP Preferred ACH Account option to make a deposit or withdraw from either betPARX or any of our online gaming competitors, you will start receiving these security messages.
I Received An Account Access Notification, What Should I Do?
- If you received the Email/Text after utilizing your VIP Preferred ACH (eCheck) Account on any site, no further action is required and you may continue with your transaction as normal.
- If you received the Email/Text and feel the transaction was not actioned by you, please contact Pavilion Payments immediately at 800-500-1973 and they will take steps to initiate an investigation.
Can I Change This Message to Email/SMS Text Message Default?
Note: Per Pavilion Payments' T&C's on their website, opting out of this security notification is not possible at this time as it is a security-related component.
The default is set to SMS Text Message as they believe this will be a more immediate notification for their patrons.
