My game is stuck/frozen, how do I resume it?
Due to connection issues, sometimes game rounds are unable to complete. In these cases, you should try the following troubleshooting techniques:
- Log out of your current game session then log back in and go to the game in question.
- If you are using the IOS or Android App, you may also try uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling the app. (Note: This will not delete information stored on your account)
- If you’re playing on your desktop, try to clear your cookies and cache.
