If you need to upload requested documents either for Customer Support in order to change Personal Account Information or for the Payments and Security Team, you must go to our Secure Upload Server Link:

NOTES:
If you have multiple files uploaded, they must be uploaded one (1) file at a time.
IF YOU ARE ON A MOBILE WEB BROWSER YOU WILL NEED TO SET YOUR BROWSER TO DESKTOP VIEW!
On Android - Click the 3 dots in the top right to pull down the Menu >> Click 'Desktop Site'
On iOS - Click the 'aA' logo to the left of the web URL >> Click 'Request Desktop Site'
HEIC (iOS) Files – Unfortunately we are unable to open .HEIC files. This format exists in Apple iOS. You will need to change these files to a format that is supported (.jpg, .png, .bmp for example).
Complete all the fields and press the ‘Upload File’ button when you are done. It is helpful to name the file of the document you are uploading (i.e. "Drivers License", "Bank Statement", etc.) so that you do not accidentally upload the wrong documents.
Complete the Real Person check and upload your documents.
When you documents have been uploaded successfully, you will see a green box stating that you have uploaded your documents. At this point, if you need to upload another document, then you may click "Upload another file" and repeat the process.
You will also receive a confirmation email soon after the documents have been submitted successfully.
